China E-commerce Consolidation Service & Taobao Third-Party Consolidation Service

After overseas customers place bulk orders on domestic online shopping malls and ship the goods to our Shenzhen warehouse, our operators will pack all the ordered items into one large parcel upon arrival, then ship it to the customer in a consolidated batch according to the selected delivery method.

Note: Our consolidation service only accepts goods shipped from e-commerce platforms. Non-e-commerce platform goods are rejected. If you need to ship non-e-commerce platform goods, please consult our customer service or sales staff in advance.

We provide free parcel collection from major Chinese e-commerce platforms including Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and Dangdang. You can quickly search for high-quality products across various categories on Chinese shopping websites, such as women’s wear, men’s wear, shoes & bags, jewelry & sports goods, home textiles, mobile phones & digital products, home appliances, and beauty & cosmetics. After placing your orders, ship the goods to our warehouse. Once all your items are gathered, we will consolidate and ship them at a favorable price, helping you save significantly on logistics costs.

Advantages of Our Consolidation Service

1.Compared with official consolidation channels of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Taobao Consolidation), our biggest advantage is that the cost is only a fraction of the official price.
2.Flexible shipping channel options: For customers who need to receive goods quickly, we offer international courier services such as UPS and DHL, with delivery available within a few days after dispatch.
3.Fewer restrictions on goods types: Official consolidation services impose strict restrictions on the types of goods allowed. With our multiple channel options, we can ship many sensitive items that are prohibited by official channels (e.g., goods not eligible for air freight can be shipped via sea or land transport).

Consolidation Process

The standard order process is as follows:

1.Contact our customer service to confirm the type of goods and the preferred shipping method.
2.Place orders on e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688, and ship the goods to our warehouse. Personal shopping agency service is not available at this time.
3.After the goods are shipped from Taobao, customers can check the Parcel Receipt Record sheet provided by us, which is updated weekly to reflect the arrival status. Before the consolidated parcels are packed uniformly, customers must complete the Parcel & Goods Details Form (completion in advance is recommended).
4.Our team will repack the items, weigh the parcel, calculate the shipping fee and service fee, and send the quotation to the customer for confirmation.
5.The customer pays the shipping service fee and freight cost.
6.We ship the parcel to the address provided by the customer.

Fees and Additional Charges

1.An electronic commercial invoice must be provided according to the specified template. A document preparation fee of RMB 100 per invoice will be charged if you require us to prepare the invoice on your behalf.
2.Each shipment is limited to 5 product names (including accessories and free gifts). An additional multi-item declaration fee of RMB 50 per extra product name will be charged for exceeding this limit. A large number of product names may result in high declaration fees; we recommend reducing the variety of purchased goods or splitting the shipment into multiple orders.
3.Packing service is free for a small number of parcels. A reasonable labor fee will be charged for a large number of parcels, and packaging materials will be charged at actual cost.
4.The basic shipping fee for general merchandise is subject to the latest quotation provided before shipping. Fees for other types of goods will be quoted separately. Please note that quotations are subject to market fluctuations and are not guaranteed to be stable over the long term.
5.Free warehousing is available for up to 45 days. A reasonable storage fee may be charged for storage exceeding this period.

Safety Guarantee

For high-value goods, we offer optional insurance coverage against loss and damage, providing full-process logistics risk protection to ensure the safe delivery of your parcels.

Tips

To provide you with better service, our sales staff may ask you some relevant questions. You can prepare the following information in advance to improve communication efficiency:
1. 1.The destination country/region and postal code.
2. 2.Details of the goods: are they general merchandise or special items? It is recommended to provide product photos, names and materials.
3. 3.The weight and dimensions (length × width × height) of the goods.

Notes and Service Terms

1.Please carefully inspect the parcel for damage before signing for it. Signing will be deemed as confirmation that the parcel is intact, and we will not be liable for any subsequent claims.
2.For fragile items, please ensure that the seller reinforces the packaging to prevent deformation or damage during consolidation and shipping. We will not handle any claims, refund shipping fees or provide compensation for damage to fragile items (please note that we generally do not unpack and inspect goods).
3.We will not be liable for any delay, damage or loss caused by force majeure, including natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, floods, earthquakes) and government actions (e.g., customs inspections).
4.We will not be responsible for delays or lost goods caused by incorrect recipient information provided by the customer after order placement.
5.An electronic commercial invoice must be provided according to the specified template for shipping. The actual goods must match the product names declared on the shipping list; otherwise, the sender shall bear all consequences and fees arising from customs detention. We reserve the right to claim compensation for any customs detention or related liabilities caused by false declaration of product names, misrepresentation or shipping restricted goods as general merchandise.
6.If customs inspection is required, relevant documents such as a power of attorney must be provided in a timely manner. We will not be liable for any losses caused by failure to provide the required documents (please note that customs may take samples during inspection).
7.Any discrepancies or issues with the goods must be reported to our customer service within 3 working days after receipt. We will not be responsible for any claims submitted after this period.
8.Any additional fees incurred due to import and export restrictions of the destination country or region, including commodity inspection, return shipping or customs declaration form amendment fees, shall be borne by the customer.
9.To protect your rights and interests, please read these terms carefully before shipping. By choosing our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

How to Save Consolidation Shipping Costs

1.Sea freight is cheaper than air freight and international courier services.
2.Try to reach a certain weight threshold for actual weight or dimensional weight (e.g., prices for shipments over 21kg are much lower than those under 21kg for some channels). Consider group purchasing with others and distributing the goods locally upon arrival.
3.Reduce the variety of goods or split the shipment into multiple orders. Most shipping channels charge an additional customs declaration fee for each product name exceeding 5 names per shipment.

Safety Guarantee and Risk Control

1.Please note that food, cosmetics and general merchandise cannot be packed together in most cases and must be shipped separately via different channels. Except for general merchandise, all other types of goods are subject to the risk of customs detention. For high-value goods, we recommend purchasing insurance.
2.In accordance with the regulations of the State Post Bureau of China, providing identity document information is required for shipping personal items.
